Pokémon X is a video game developed by Game Freak and published by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS. It was released worldwide on October 12, 2013, and is the sixth generation of Pokémon games.

In Pokémon X, players take on the role of a young trainer who sets out on a journey through the Kalos region to catch and train various Pokémon creatures, battle other trainers, and ultimately become the champion of the Pokémon League.

The three starter Pokémon in Pokémon X are:
