In each new generation of Pokemon games, there are new Starter Pokemon introduced, and they often become iconic representations of the game. The choice of starter Pokemon can greatly impact a player’s experience in the game, as they will be the first Pokemon in their party and will be used to battle other trainers and wild Pokemon.

Pokemon Starters

A Pokemon Starter refers to one of the three initial Pokemon that a player can choose from at the beginning of a Pokemon game. These starter Pokemon are typically grass, fire, and water-type, and they are given to the player by a Pokemon Professor or other NPC (non-player character) to help them begin their journey as a Pokemon trainer.
